BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Had dinner on Saturday night. Glad I made a reservation as they are always busy. Food would have been 5 stars had my husband's not come out cold. Outside of that everything was delicious. I enjoyed the parmesan crusted chicken and the mashed potatoes are amazing! The best part of our experience was Jana. She's a phenomenal server and always goes above and beyond. This was my second time having her as my server and was pleasantly surprised when I saw her this time.

As a first time guest, I was excited to try the food. The event was a family dinner and birthday celebration. We ordered lots of appetizers and cocktails. We had to ask the server about happy hour, she didn't mention it! Drinks were good, the spinach dip was especially good, but the hamburgers sliders, dumplings, and other dishes were so-so. The entrées as a group were just okay. Most of the entrées served didn't appear freshly cooked and some orders were wrong. I had the oven-baked salmon, which was over cooked and drowning in sauce. Another diner was served undercooked chicken wings. The giant cookie and ice cream desserts were also underwhelming and under-baked. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the food or the dining experience--it was average, but the drinks were okay!

We visited BJ’s yesterday for the first time in a while, and we were very satisfied with our meal! The one downside of visiting this location for dinner is that there is almost always a wait, but we were only waiting for 15 minutes before getting seated right in the main dining room. My boyfriend ordered a smash burger from the $13 meal deal menu and enjoyed it, and I was a big fan of the shrimp scampi pasta I chose - it was SUPER buttery! If you visit this spot, I definitely recommend coming during their Happy Hour since the deals are unmatched. Their pizza is definitely worth a try.

Went here for dinner for the first time tonight and it was amazing! Made a reservation and was glad we did, super busy around 7 (when we went) and we got sat fairly quickly. Great waitress, very nice and was helpful with our questions. Good lively atmosphere while rustic brewhouse vibes. Got the Grand Mariner margarita and Sangria to start, sangria was delicious, margarita was good but strong! Got the garlic shrimp as an app, 10/10 SO GOOD. Split the chicken parm, also very good. Ended with the biscoff pizookie, no notes amazing. Will def be coming back!!!

I highly recommend the Italian chicken parmigiana pasta. I tried the smashburger and it was just ok. Their hard root beer was decent. Good fries. They have food and drink specials based on the day of the week that are pretty good. Pizookies are just ice cream on top of soft cookies, but a good dessert nonetheless. Food comes out in decent time. Service is good. Prices are fair.
